I still wouldn't call it a "huge success" or say that he was worth the 4th yet only because you have to be consistent year after year and this is his 1st good year.
The past 2 have been horrible.

A Huge Success is Roaf, Pace, Long etc.. LT's who came in and dominated since year 1. While D'Brick may still get there, he's not at that level now and this is year 3.

He's almost there and we just need to see if consistency will be there in order to call him a success.

and for the record, naming all the Pro-Bowlers around him takes away from his accomplishments and diminishes his value. Not really nailing home your point there.

D'Brick had an excellent year last year except vs the PATS. Seymore gives him fits....

Well, he still has to face Seymore once but I would love to see D'Brick put together Back2Back solid seasons and get a Pro Bowl nod....

The man had a Solid game today.

    Would've gotten an A+ except for a penalty or 2 I'll still say A-

He did well vs Mario and whenever they moved Mario to the other side he handled their blitzes.

    Also, Kudos to Callahan!!!

I thought he played great considering Williams made no huge plays.

Brick was good today, though the sloppy penalties are getting really annoying and scary.

Actually, it's not the thread that's retarded.

Maybe you should pay a little more attention...it's an update to a thread created a few years ago and if you'd spent the time just reading a few posts up you wouldn't be so quick off the trigger.

I think Dbrick has come a LONG way and will be a pro bowl at some point in his career whether it's this year or a little down the road. He is an elite pass blocker who definitely added some size this off season which should improve his run blacking. He also has developed a mean streak and doesn't back down from anyone and no longer concerns me. He played as good as you can against a top 3 DE in the NFL and has a very bright future here in NY.

    Absolutely,
This week will be a test for him because the PATS schemes has given him fits in the past.
Then again, that was w/Seymore on board.

This week will be so interesting.

D'Brick did very good, especially against an All-Pro freakish athlete in Mario Williams.

anybody who calls dbrick a bust is a fucking moron. He has improved steadily and he is now an elite linemen in the NFL. He destroyed mario today.
