I will as well, Green had big numbers off Maddux in his career but he's such a different player now it's hard to put too much stock in them.

Damn. Floyd needed help getting into the locker room, too.

Floyd looks to be in bad shape.

Hopefully the series ends here - I guess that could mean good news for Milledge.

Bizzare comment after bizzare comment from McCarver, not that I should expect any differently.

Let's wait for the NLCS or even for us to win the DS before we starting talking about the WS.

    Jeez, I feel like Champ.

"A typical game for Trachsel ... slow and methodical but great stuff."

Uh, no, Timmy, people with great stuff don't give up 1.62 baserunners per inning.

It's so weird to read old articles or watch games on ESPN Classic where McCarver is a fair and critical analyst.

Did he go senile or did some TV Exec decide to lombotomize him?

I haven't actually _watched_ a Trachsel start in awhile, he really is brutal with men on base.

Actually Trachsel was pretty much highly touted when he came up.

Great - Reyes got his knee hurt on the crappy slide (Reyes is also guilty of crappy slides like that).

Ooph, that looked like it should've hurt Furcal more than Reyes.

    He got faced.

Trax gets through 3 on 41 pitches.

Reyes jogs gingerly off the field. Hopefully it's not serious.

Reyes runs up and bluffs a bunt. He also ran okay on the goundout. I guess his leg is basically okay.
