That's the problem with ancient pitchers (Duque, Glavine, Pedro). I know Glavine's doing well, and Pedro isn't THAT old, but Pedro has a lot of mileage on him for his slight frame. Trashsel can be thrown in that category, too.

Now if Trachsel keeps sucking, and say Preston hits a home run now and it's 5-0, do you give up on this game, and just pitch Trachsel as long as he can?

Hard to imagine a more fitting epitaph for his Met career. I wonder if he still thinks it's unfair that despite his 15 wins everyone thinks he sucks?

Wilson literally tees off on Trachsel. Only two things are possible: he is removed immediately, or Willie has already given up. Nice.
