The current Steelers FO may know "talent", but do they know how to put an offensive coaching staff and system in place that is actually capable of producing better them bottom 1/3 tier passing game production? The last decade track record would lean heavily towards suggesting that to be a no. Fields and Arthur Smith wasn't a good fit going in to that trade they made. You could probably even make the argument Fields actually over-performed his bad fit projection.
I think Rodgers getting rid of the ball in 2 seconds for most of the season masked our OL better than Zach Wilson ever did. I think we’re questionable at RG, RT, and C.
