    So far an excellent draft
Shonne Greene will be damn good for this team.
He's shifty and strong. Love his balance and holds onto the football

we must have given up our #4 to move up for Greene.

Per CBS Sports, all we have left is our 6th round (#193)

As far as I know we didn't give up anything for next year yet.

I like TJ but I'd be ok w/ him and a 2 for Boldin and a later rd pick.

If we could pull either one of those off then I would consider this draft an A.

I see the Cardinals took Wells, can't see them wanting Jones who's looking for a contract, scratch that one. Maybe we can get Mangini to bite for Edwards and a pick?

Jenkins isn't going to be taking on the 2 gap all year he will have less wear and tear this year.

what about Oline? We can't count on perfect health for a second straight season, and Woody was only avg last year. This team needs a RT.

That's a great idea if you're going to start a rookie QB.

Our whole plan is pound the ball this season and we really did not have a pound the ball running back. Thomas Jones is are most powerful running back and he is more of a slash type running back.

This guy is the perfect complement to Leon Greene is a 230 lb bruiser. This sends a message to Jones to get his ass in camp.

I also think next year Jones will not be a Jet he is getting like $5,800,000 for 2010. So Greene can step right in & take his place

I just looked up Shonn Green's Outback Bowl stats from this past season: 121 yds, 3tds in a bowl game. That's big time in big game stats, lets see what he does in the next Bowl he starts

Boldin??? You can forget that... now that we will have to pay Sanchez a ridiculous amount of money that he does not deserve... 20 or 30 million guaranteed???

That takes care of anymore spending. I guess next season will be a wash. Holes all over this team.

I'm still not happy about the pick... A. Brown was just as good and we still need a TE... After thinking about it I liked the Sanchez Trade... but I don't like this one... plus i think there was a possibilty Greene dropped to us...

The way I'm thinking about it, if Mark Sanchez and Shonn Greene pan out the same way that Darrelle Revis and David Harris did, we'll have one of the top 3 quarterbacks in the game and a potential RotY running back.

I like our history trading up. We spot our guys and go get em. Theme this year seems to be "I don't care if this player was excellent for only one year, the bottom line is, this player was excellent."

I'm very excited. For every pick we make, though... there's always doubters. I think Sanchez will be a solid QB that will be with us for many years to come. Greene and Washington will be an awesome 1-2 punch for many years to come. This team just needs to draft a wideout next year and we will have a solid offensive core for years to come... and it helps having Brick and Mangold up front. I'm so excited for the future.
