Trying to keep the ball and clock running is not running it up. I think the real idea of that play is to catch them off so they need to use a TO. The Pats were running the ball at that point. The Broncos used 3 TO's with 2 and a half minutes left and put Manning back in the game 22 down. Where was all the animosity when Flacco was tossing a TD pass with 1:30 left up 3 scores, or Ben getting that 6th TD pass last week?
How fuckin stupid are you? It made perfect sense to go for two to make it 3 TDs and 2 pt conversions to tie. There was still 14 minutes to play against Peyton Manning!
Am I missing a sarcasm meter? They still would have needed TWO two-point conversions to tie with the extra point. What was the point of going for two and risking it only being one two-point conversion? It's not like it would have made it 25 instead of 24, that's an appreciable difference.
Steelers calling timeout made no sense. it was third down all baltimore had to do was take a knee and the half ends
I don't think that was a cheap shot. He was trying to hit him and bring him down. If he wanted to hurt him he'd have hit him lower.
If I were the Ravens I'd stop with the cheap hits, the one to the head of Ben charged up the Steelers and the Steelers put up 22 points.....
Didn't realize how tight the AFC North was. Great division entertainment wise so far. Never know what to expect from all 4 teams.
