    Or did Coughlin/Eli seriously think ODB could take a short pass 50-60 yards with maybe two blockers in front of him

    I mean if the Giants really thought they could get a TD, awesome, go for it. But Idon't think that play had any shot.

    If you want points, just throw up the hail mary, probably better odds since you might even get a cheap PI

    absolutely, if you want points there, you have to heave it

    but if you want to pad stats, you can get a free 20-25 yards

    Way too high, yeah it was deflected but that is probably a pick even without the deflection.....throws like that are what keep Eli from being a top 10 QB in the league.

    That wasn't the receivers fault. Eli overthrew him for the pick. A gamechanger for sure.
