NFL Schedule to be released on Thurs. April 18

Which won't count in the bet obviously because they weren't assigned the game tomorrow.

MNF is bad and TNF is bad too.I don't like either one really. I feel like MNF used to have exciting games but that's stopped.

BUT later in the season there are "flex" games where NBC is allowed to flex another game in the SNF slot if they feel their current game is boring. CBS and FOX are both allowed 1 block I think to keep their biggest matchup. So right now the schedule is set but later in the season they can flex out a SNF matchup and put in another one.

From my perspective, the flex shouldn't be considered in your and Junc's bet since it wasn't the original schedule

 

Actually I made my calculation based on 16 SNF games. If we will only count first 10 games I will call the bets off. I say Jets will be announced for a SNF game tomorrow

tonight they will announce 16 snf games. last year the jets chargers dec 23rd game was a snf. of course we got flexed out. so bet is on

I bet Jets-Buccaneers will either be scheduled late in the season or given a Thursday Night Game just in case Revis is traded.
