    Keeping an eye out for this as well. I've already started to look for places in Irvine and this would be an awesome bonus to moving back to CA. If I'm understanding it correctly, anyone above 21 would legally be able to carry up to an ounce if it passes. And they estimate they'll collect 1 billion in taxes instead of that billion going to Mexican drug cartels. An ounce definitely works for me though :wink:

    But their 40 speed would be significantly slowed if they were stoned, and Al would just ignore them if they run over a 4.45 40 :smile:

    And it's still illegal under federal law, regardless of what happens in California.
