I see the Giants getting Swope, which would piss me off. Hell they got Nassib in the 4th who I would rather have had and he wouldn't have had to sit 1-2 years to play.

Yeah both him and D'Brick are from the NY area too and seem to have similar NY personalities and agressiveness. Like it a lot. Very comfortable with our O-Line going forward, allowing us to use our high round picks next year to build skill players around Geno.

This. The shortsighted SOJF's who are shitting all over every pick fail to grasp that rebuilding is more than a one year, 5 round process. We have two more picks and a whole YEAR left to go. There are no difference making skill position players left on the board. Maybe we can grab some for depth, but it's clear that we are addressing things from the inside out. We have our linemen, QB and RB positions more or less set (whether or not they all pan out, different story). There was no elite offensive talent in this draft past Austin and MAYBE Eifert.

What Idzik is doing is SMART. Hone in on a few things, fortify them this year. Next year, do the same for the skill positions when there are worthy people on the board when you pick.

He had a shitty combine and probably why he fell but on tape he looks like a football player. He's physical and mean.... gotta love that combo. Just hope he doesn't commit a ton of penalties f he gets beat.

He was project as high as late 3rd. need to look at more than Mel's board. Who was the faster WR at the combine? Who helped Johnny Football win?

Damn I liked Klien for depth at ILB if we were so inclined.

I wouldn't be surprised if Brick helped recruit him to UVA. A lot of programs use this method and being how close they grew up to each other. You'd also have to think that Brick has been around the Virginia football program as well and probably helped mentor him.

I'd still be thrilled to get a potential second rounder in the 5th or 6th especially when we need weapons and depth.

So he believes in a god? What's the big deal?

He didn't declare jihad by using the arabic word for god.
