I was driving today so I had WFAN on. David Cornwell (A-Roid's lawyer) came on. He refused to answer any questions. He kept saying Bill Madden was completely wrong but refused to say what was correct. He then claimed anyone who says A-Roid's side is holding up the case is lying, but then he casually mentioned (Francesa was too dense to pick up on it) that they haven't even requested the documents from MLB. He says it's a long case because they have to review the documents, yet they won't even request them. Cornwell was the liar who got Braun off the hook.
We got a break in the 6th, supposed to be a game-tying sac fly but Nelson is called for tagging early. Replay showed he was on time, we'll fuckin take it. 4-3 going bottom six. CC with six walks, he's really losing it. May be time to reinvent himself.
8-3 now after Soriano chips in and A-Rod hits a 2 run double. A-Rod actually looks decent at the plate right now, Soriano is hitting well. We need this to continue.
