Unlikely. Raiders will likely be 4-4 heading into that game as they play the Giants and Lions. Jets hopefully will be either 5-3 or 4-4 also. No reason to flex as both teams still very relevant. The NFL didn't even flex the Bears-Chargers game out of SNF Week 8 which looks just awful currently. They still have to play the Eagles, Cowboys and Ravens so Dolphins will have their chance to prove themselves.
