They'll cover for sure, who knows tho still 6min left. Nick Saban losing it is priceless. Talk about a fall from glory. #1 to losing to Florida then losing the bowl game to fucking Utah. Nice
I don't know what the exact ATS is.. but teams who fall from a top spot in the BCS and play a decent and hungry team in these meaningless contests always make me money ever year. Miss +4.5 and Utah +9.5 tonight. Need to do the research on the exact ATS but it looks like a good sub-system
as a fan of the SEC i am extremely disappointed that Bama did not mop them up as an LSU fan however I am extremely happy that an underdog went and whooped up Nick saban who is a lowly piece of shit
Geaux to hell LSU. Glad Saban lost. Tired of people thinking this means the SEC is bad though. We're 6-2 bowl games and a national title when Florida shuts up OklaWHOma. And this is a "bad" year.
A good formula I use in the regular season is to bet against the undefeated Non BCS schools after they lose their 1st game. The following week they don't cover or lose outright like 88% of the time. BYU was my team after they got beat by TCU. They played different after they lost that game then they did going into it. Tulsa was another good one this year, once they got beat they had a tough time covering and even gave up 70 to Houston in one game. I'm big time against Ball State this week. Once those BCS dreams are squashed teams play alot different when they play in the smaller conferences.
That's what I find funny, I don't think people realize how good the Utes and the Mountain West are. Utah beat 4 top 25 teams went into Michigan and beat them (before anybody knew how bad they were). They beat the same Oregon State team that beat USC they beat TCU who held Oklahoma to their lowest offensive output of the season (Texas also held the Sooners to 35) but unlike the Horns TCU did it in Norman. BYU was a top 15 team all season and handed UCLA their worst loss in 80 years. Granted BYU didn't want to be in the Las Vegas Bowl but the MWC was 6-1 against the Pac 10 in the regular season, New Mexico beat Arizona and UNLV went to Tempe and beat Arizona State. Now I don't know it for fact but the oddsmakers here in Vegas will back me up on this but TCU and Utah would both be favored over every team in the ACC and Big East on a neutral field. Yet had Florida State or South Florida gone undefeated they would have been in the fictitious national title game. The scary thing is I'm still convinced TCU is better than Utah. This is the 2nd time Utah will get screwed by these asshats that run this garbage, 4 years ago they make them play the worst BCS team ever in Pitt and they dominated that game. This year they throw up against the team that was number 1 in the country for 5 weeks hoping the Tide will kill them and maybe they can put an end to this NON BCS school in major bowl game stuff and it backfired. What I find great about this whole thing is that the whole system is being questioned and the idiots that vote are being exposed as frauds. Somethig like 2/3rds of the Harris Poll voters hadn't seen Utah play all season yet were voting for them in the Harris Poll? What a sham, how can you vote for something you don't knwo anything about. It's not like a general election, these people were selected to vote in the Harris Poll. The funniest is that idiot Bob Ryan saying yesterday on the Sports Reporters that "the Mountain West isn't that good of a conference". Do some research you ugly fuck, 3 teams in the Final BCS Top 16. Only the SEC and Big 12 had more and the fact that the MWC has won more BCS bowls in the last 5 years than the ACC. What makes the ACC and Big East so much better than the MWC Bob? I would love to hear him explain how the top 2 teams in the MWC would be favored over every ACC and Big East team? Consider that two of the lower teams in the MWC went on the road and won at Arizona State who was 15th in the country at the time and at Tennessee. Down years for both schools but it doesn't change the fact that UNLV and Wyoming should never win at these places. It's one thing for BYU or TCU to do it but Wyoming and UNLV both only won 5 games. I wish people like Bob Ryan who have no idea what they are talking about would keep theirs mouths shut or least do some research before opening them. Then again ESPN would never want to promote something they don't show so while the rest of the country is asking How good the Utes are and could they hang with Oklahoma, USC and Florida ESPN and their group of talking idiots are telling everybody the Utes aren't that good. What a bunch of tools
I do respect the MWC. As far as the west coast, i'd rather watch MWC than Pac 10. Adding TCU was good for that conference.
