I like them enough, they'll look alright on game day until I start associating them with failure. They are generic enough that they'll probably be making "tweaks" to them over the next few years to keep them fresh and keep selling more jerseys.

That entire event was pretty cheesy and terrible. -Who the fuck was that Max dude? -JB Smoove is a funny guy, but they gave him too much air time. -I like the colors, but the overall design is definitely disappointing. -I will not be buying any of the jerseys. I bought a throwback Chrebet jersey on sale at the end of the season. That is what I will be rocking this season.
I don't even mind the logo, I just hate the gigantic "NEW YORK" text across the chest and the shoulder stripe extending all the way to the collar. Basically the two worst aspects of the Browns' jersey, which are probably the worst in the league currently. Put a simple "NY" on the chest, shorten the stripe and these are pretty nice.
The worst part is we need to wait another 20 years before they fix this abortion of a helmet unless of course Nike goes out of business and takes their swoosh on the unis with them so they can hire New Balance to put N's all over the uniform. What fucking joke of a team.. Neil Glatt makes an appearance? He's a marketing guy that failed miserably at marketing this POS helment and nike inspired uniforms. I wonder how much the Jets paid for the name "Gotham green"? Only the fucking Jets would pay for a color name that looks like the eagles..
Wow that whole event was as embarrassing as the uniforms. We’ve gone full bush league. Next listing of worst uniforms in NFL will certainly include the Jets.
If they get rid of the shoulder stripes and cut out the football on the helmet, I'm good to roll with these for the foreseeable future until we can push for the next change (hopefully the next one will actually be modernized 80's throwbacks).
People actually like it? I mean its not horrible, but its not good. We had the best uniforms in the league (see my avatar) and THIS is what we came up with? And the black is trying WAY too hard. Embarassing in my opinion.
I kind of agree, but they are just barely good enough for me to not be angry about it. It's a major downgrade and underwhelmed severely, but I can live with them for the time being. We should, as a fan base, start pushing for new ones right now because if it took them 5 years to make a change to this then god knows how long it will take them to change these ones.
Probably in the minority but I like them. Black ones will sell, white jerseys are the best, with the green pants. The white on white may look better on someone other than Anderson.
