New Uniforms

I think they would look better if they had tapered uniforms with color-coordinated pom-poms sewn into their cute little shoulder pads.

I also think there should be butt and penis padding to protect their cute stuff on either side. Gottta love a man protecting his assets.

Fashion is queen. I know you queers agree with me.

 

The different shade of green on the belly looks kinda stupid, Other then that there alright.

 

I honestly didn't even notice (and my TV is big). I thought a few guys were sweaty and that is all.

 

I see TGG is in mid-season form.. Just like our team.

 

They look like they peed their pants with those spots.

 

I personally don't like the jersey's neither. They have way too many patches! They surprisingly look good on the players with pads on. They look like PHYSICAL BEAST!! As a fan, I would rather wear my authentic reebok jersey.

 

I didn't like the backwards Nike tick on the right shoulder. Looked daft.

 

This is what Nike calls its "Pro-Combat" style of gear. I dont like it. I will stick with my Reebok jerseys and only buy a knock-off Nike if the price is right.

 

I completely forgot they had new unis this year and I dindt notice one bit. Maybe because Im a grown man and I could not give one fuck what the unis look like? Im not sure.

 

I like them, minus the sweat-box(s). Get rid of them and they're very nice.

 

I could barely tell any difference other than the nike logo on the shoulders instead of rebook's

 

That's exactly what I thought - didn't see anything to complain about in the new unis.

For those of us who actually buy and collect Jets jerseys, we can tell the difference

 

its a matter of you dont want the team you root for to be running around looking like a bunch of douchebags. we make fun of kids who have pooh butt in pop warner, it should never happen in the nfl.

 

That sounds like something a grown man would say, for sure. Anybody saying they don't care what the uniforms look like is just straight up lying. If the Jets changed their uniforms to look like the Vikings, you wouldn't care at all?

 

I also noticed the thread used on the underarm stitching was a slightly different color than the stitching used to affix the NFL logo on the front of the jersey.

 

i had a change of heart as the game went on..

the dark patches? not a fan

the weird stripes on the collar? not a fan

pants? weird

do i hate them? no...do i like them? not really

The last time the Jets had Nike uniforms was between 1999-2001 back when Vinny Testaverde was QB. Here's proof:



Although back then, it looked a lot like the Reebok jerseys as opposed to the Nike 2012 Jerseys. The Nike jerseys today are okay, but the backwards swoosh on the other sleeve needs to go.
