I made it. We can all debate the exact settings whenever, but I had to chose something just to start. https://yho.com/nfl?l=822588&k=496954892f04ae6e&ikey=322fec1ed3e1ba8b
1) add a flex spot without question 2) I'm down for 25 yards passing per point if we leave QB touchdowns at 4.. but if we switch that to 6 points we need to up it to 35 yards per point 3) Make it 6 playoff teams to allow for a bye week Other than that Its good and I am joining now
have you guys ever considered scoring for first downs rather than receptions? rewards the players for real contributions rather than 0yd gains on screens, etc.. Yahoo offers it. agree with dawinner regarding higher QB scoring (either 6pt TD, 1pt 20yds, or both, but -2 on INT), a flex spot, 6 playoff qualifiers, would add negatives on FG misses, and would set up Waivers.
1. I don't care too much one way or another about adding a flex. It's only a 10 man league so we could def do 1 more flex. 2. Typically 6pt pass td leagues have -2 for ints, which keeps the differential between QB's nearly the same. The only difference is rushing QB's are worth less. 3. That would make sense.
6pt TD passes, -2 for ints along with 1 pt per 20 yards tends to make QB's really valuable. It's fun to play that way, but it does make the position a lot more important than a standard league or just 6pt td pass -2int.
true, but aren't QB's the most valuable position in football? never understood the desire to devalue them in fantasy football. they should be scoring more than any other position. personally i do 6pt TD, 1pt 20 yds, -2pt INT, and .2pt passing first downs. i could see 4pt TD, 1pt 20 yds, -2pt INT though...
I would love a flex spot too. I just picked default for the time being. QB higher points? On board too!
We really need to figure out all the options that we could have disagreements on, and take a league vote. Flex spots, QB points, Defensive stats (4th down stops, 3 and outs) just to name a few..
I kind of figured everybody should use their TGG name so we know who is who. It's up to you guys though.
