Hey Everybody! New to the forum here. My name is Mitch, I live in Jupiter, FL, but lived the first 30 years of my life in NJ. I have been a Jets fan my whole life, I guess I have my dad to blame for that, as he is a long time Jets fan too. I usually only get to 1 game a year, when the Jets play the Dolphins in Miami at whatever they are calling their stadium this year. Always a great time to see the Dolphins replay the Dan Marino fake spike play every year on the jumbotron (btw, I was at that game in the Meadowlands). I went to Rutgers University but am not too much of a homer to realize Jamaal Westerman is not very good. Looking forward to taking part in the Jets talk around here!
thanks for the warm welcome Sundayjack. I live about 2 miles from J's Landing. Never have been thru the guard gate tho. I hear there is a pretty nice golf course in there.
I'm wfresh from Long Island, NY. Grew up in Bayside, Queens and watching the Jets at Shea. Remember it all (not really the Superbowl win), but our storied history since. Big Jet fan, love the site...hopefully to share more gain than pain in the days/months/years to come.
Hey guys, New to the forum as of a few days ago. I'm from Westchester but moved to Miami for college in '99 and have never returned home. Grew up a Jets fan in the 80's and pretty much fall into the "Same Old Jets" frame of mind at times. I think I may have registered for this board a few years ago but never really posted much although I read pretty often. Looking forward to contributing a bit more this time around.
Hello All, A Patriots fan in hostile territory. Just hoping to exchange good football knowledge and chat with our biggest division rivals. I know Jets had a tough year - and my sincere sympathies. I am not a big fan of the JETS' methodology, but can appreciate what a football fan might go through. You guys are one of the most loyal and vocal fans in all of Football - Kudos. Hey guys, name is Will. I'm from Passaic,Nj. (A short drive from Jetlife Stadium) been a fan since I was about 10 years old so since the 03-04 season. But the Jets didn't become some what of a religion for me until the 08 season. Been a long time reader of the forums and finally decided to register. Seems like everyone here is really knowledgeable about our beloved Jets and seem to be in their 30's I hope to learn a lot since I am pretty young compared to everyone. I'm only 18 so I haven't been as stressed as long as all you long time fans. Oh and J E T S JETS JETS JETS !

I interviewed with the Jupiter Hammerheads minor league baseball team, would have been quite a big move for me as I live in Las Vegas. What year did you go to Rutgers? All my friends went there and I used to hang out at the bars like Golden Rail (or whatever it was called, it was a long time ago) on College Street and then go get a fat sandwich while in a drunken stupor.
