Considering the number of busts they have drafted in last 10 years in the first two rounds, they might as well draft a kicker in the first round.

The first woman will be a kicker, yes, but she'll also be a regular H-back and 3-technique DT. She'll play about 90 snaps a game, not including kicks.
Even if they hired a female kicker that's perfect inside 40....100% extra points, etc. Then have the punter or a second kicker with a booming leg go for the 50 yarders.
Ammendolla isn’t as bad as Kessman. Bring him back, at least the kickoffs will ease to the back of the endzone. This new guy seemed like the moment was too much for him.

If the FO tries to bring back Amendola I hope he asks for a raise plus the game check he missed. If they don't pay then just work hard in the offseason and get better for another NFL team. Got to believe in yourself and your value. The worst thing one can do is to come back in same circumstances after being dissed.
