    John Dorsey turned down opportunities to interview with the Colts and Bears last year. Ted Thompson has 2 more years on his contract. He will 61 at the end of his contract. Thompson is rumored to be looking at retirement when the contract ends. Looks like Dorsey is the heir apparent in Green Bay.

    50-50 shot Jets get it wrong again. After Joe Walsh was fired the Jets asked 49ers coach extraordinaire Bill Walsh for recommendation. He suggested two of his assistants Bruce Coslet and Mike Holmgren. Holmgren didn't want the limelight of the big city so the Jets took Coslet and the rest is history.

    Yes, that's how I see it. Dorsey is not going anywhere.
