Roman is a terrible offensive coordinator. Did a pretty poor job with improved talent on the 49ers.

Im extremly uneasy about this, bring rex onto a team with an excellent D And the possibilities soar ..... And we play him 2x a year.

Surprised he didn't go to one of the other teams that were looking. The Bills were the least desirable position if you ask me (except for Oakland perhaps). Perhaps he knew that this was his only real opportunity. You would have thought that the other three teams would be better suited since their offensed are much better and Rex would have only to improve their defenses.

Don't know what to tell you if you don't think the Bills are in better position now than they were yesterday. And that position was already better than the Jets.

Week 5, when the Bills are 1-4:

"Guys, E.J. Just really gives us the best chance to win."

    Enjoy Buffalo!

Don't care about losing the assistant coaches, though I wish Dunbar would stay.

I think he just wanted to stay in the division. Nothing more than that imo.

There is Good News...........Belichick still has to deal with Rex's defense. I heard Belichick was thrilled to hear Rex was out of the AFC East.

With a top defense and running game, sure. How many teams have those things?

Ha, I'm wondering if was his 1st (or only) concrete/guaranteed offer...... Atlanta would've been the better choice, as his achilees heel (offense) is in place for the most part.
If not, I can see that classic Ryan pride / ego choosing Buffalo because :
    a) pretty solid defensive players in place
    b) can still say FU to the JETS and Pats

but like others have stated, probably not the best choice given all the circumstances (QB, limited draft picks, etc)

I wanted to root for REX wherever he went (prefer. NFC), but now it'll only be when he plays the Pats & Phins.......

Pete Caroll went to NE after being fired from the JETS.......
