Stop saying out of 32, it'd out of 6 or 7(whatever). And who cares how many wanted him, none of the other guys have been hired, I guess only one team will want them to, but does it mean anything? No not really. Wisenhunt and Lovie couldn't get another job, Caldwell got one years later, Norv couldn't get another, Kubiak not yet. So Rex already got more attention than those guys got after getting fired.
The gm doesn't want rex, he needs to do the contract crap with his lawyers and agents (whatever you want to call them).
Rex possibly can't see two feet in front of him. He currently sees a loaded defense and lost his mind. Bills will probably be good for a year and then vanish. He also probably wanted to continue to face the patriots but once Brady goes away (2 more years?) then what? You're stuck in a shitty part of America with a shitty team in the freezing cold forced in for a week due to snow... Sent from my LG-LS720 using Tapatalk
blanks mother died at 99 today. I doubt it was a big shock to anyone she passed. I'm sure he could have made some phone calls if he felt they were important.
If you're talking about Doug Whaley. Not sure if he was involved with this hiring. Rumors are the Pegula's want to hire a football czar to run the operation. Wasn't that the job Polian turned down. Whaley could be out.
Rex Ryan is expected to take Manish Mehta with him for an upcoming vacant Buffalo media outlet beat reporting job. Take em all Rex!
A possible Rex/Sanchez reunion in Buffalo. They're gonna leave their shit stains all over this division by the time they're done stinking it up.
Two things we can depend on happening if Rex and Sanchez reunite in SnowTown. First, Rex will blitz on 3rd downs. Second, Mark will throw an ill timed INT. Surely as the sun rises in the east....
I'm happy Rex found a job. Sad it's in the Jets' division. I'm curious to see if he learned any lessons from his first head coaching job. If Sanchez does join him in Buffalo, I think it could be problem. Sanchez=Orton. I think Rex makes that defense even nastier. If they can get even a little bit about the QB position, they could make the playoffs next year.
Some of you are fucking ridiculous...Bigger complainers then girls I know during their menstral cycle. You all who are so depressed with this move are simply just enamored with Rex Ryan the person and have totally overlooked how poorly REX led this WHOLE team the past 3 years. A glorified d-coordinator who let so much crap go down, lack of discipline and leadership with in game adjudtments...and no care for offensive development. We had two great years and I like Rex too and wanted him to out himself in a good situation instead he goes to a team like the Jets who had a coach who did wonders with the defense but no answers on offense. I would hire Schwartz as our d-coordinator if I am the Jets. Rex is going to be all up on that defense, and sure this is a sexy pick so it bothers some of you but I want a intense AND smart coach. Those Seahawks are a machine on defense, they are so focused and disicplined...It gets me hard just thinking what sort of team we can be with a guy like Quinn mastering our squad as a group. Sorry but there is way too much butt-hurt by some of you. Very weak guys...
I think some of you are a little scared what Rex might do in Buffalo.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I think the Bills will get more press and the owner can sell the team at a higher price with this hire.
If Rex gets Trestman and a decent veteran QB (Hoyer etc...) he is going to a much better situation. Any Jets fan that thinks there isn't more talent on the Bills than the Jets is kidding themselves.
Bills go 11-5 in 2015 ....Rex has better def now...Gilmore at CB...Hughes and Alonso at LBs....The best DL in football.....Dixon, Jackson and Spiller running the rock....Watkins will actually get the ball unlike how Marrone ignored him....he's gonna be successful...
