I agree. Assuming that the Lions wanted to take Sanchez later in the first instead of Stafford with the #1, they would have to move ahead of San Francisco. There's too high a probability that the 49ers take Sanchez and the Lions are left without a QB (a move that would be the worst PR hit possible for Detroit if Stafford flourishes.)
