need alerts

    i wish there was alerts when people quote a post. so i would get an email when this happens so conversations can continue and not take days to complete simple convo's or even miss all together.

    sorta like twitter does.i think it would bring more traffic to the site

    You can subscribe to a thread for notifications of overall replies in that thread, but I don't think there's an option to do it for replies to a specific post.
