Mets were 8 for 20 with runners not in scoring position, and 3 for 15 with runners in scoring position, including 1 for their last 13. Add in the poor starting pitching and the lousy opposition, and this is certainly their worst loss of the year.
There was zero chance of getting today's game in and that's been known for a couple days now. Why couldn't they have moved it up to last night?
