If they were to get it, would all tailgaters be required to throw their car keys into a big bowl before the game?
considering how much he'll get in his new contract, why doesn't le bron james make a bid and call it " le bron's crib" ?
I was wondering about this: What is preventing the core Jets players from pooling their money to pay for the rights to the stadium, calling it Jets stadium? It makes them uncuttable and untradeable and gives them what players have always wanted - An upper hand on management. Well, on second thought, Giants management would veto a "Jets Stadium" name, but since there are two teams in the stadium, they could get together and name the stadium themselves more easily than any other team in the NFL. The last thing the player's association wants is to give money to ownership but owning the naming rights to the stadium in the biggest market in the country would be a huge show of power on the players' part and would be quite awesome. "Empire Statium" almost sounds like an extremely short-lived, high half-lived element. Not to derail, but does anyone have better suggestions for a player-named stadium? I've just piqued my own interest.
I'm surprised Donald Trump hasn't put a bid in yet, but I don't know what he'd call it unless he copies the "Taj Mahal" name
It would be Trump "something," and the venue doesn't work unless he's allowed to do over the entire facade in bronze-plating.
I think if they were the sponsor, the Eagles would try to sneak a game in at the Stadium when no one is looking.
I think it would be hilarious if AshleyMadison.com actually became the name of the stadium. It would probably get old real fast, but Id have no problem with it for a bit.
