just go make your youtube video, showing that the bombing victims aren't dead and the government is behind it all, and leave it at that.

Really curious to know the motive, hopefully the little prick spills info. Surprised he didnt just cap himself prior to capture for "martyr" status in his network (common terrorist behaviour).

    fixed that for ya.

thats the baffling part.if they were jihadists ala the 9/11 version it would have been a suicide bomb at the marathon.
i don't think they were done carrying out attacks but when they were cornered in the shootout the older brother knew it was over.i think little brother wasn't really committed to this and just followed his brothers lead until shit got really real, than decide he really didn't want to die.i am guessing he is going to regret that decision sooner rather than later.

People who see this as a conspiracy have an agenda: government bad, when bad things happen government must be involved.

This is one of three things at this point. It's either a few sociopaths killing innocent people to satisfy their need to lash out at society, or it's wanna-be terrorists fellow traveling alongside known terrorist cabals, or it's an actual operation by a known terrorist cabal.

The odds on the atrocity being something other than the three cases above are really low. The odds on the US government being behind this are lower than the odds on the Russian government being behind it, and both are miniscule to the point of vanishing.

i saw this last nite, russia said we might want to check this kid out, fbi interviewed him, thought he was harmless.

hypothetically, how many "harmless" people like this could be in country right now?

this could get scary if they find he was part of a network.

Good point, and I'm of two minds about the lockdown as well. But let me play devil's advocate.
-More folks out on the streets increases the chance of a random passerby catching a stray round (whether from police or the suspect) or a pipe bomb fragment.
-More folks out on the street gives him a crowd he could try to blend into.
-More folks out on the street gives him plenty of potential hostages to take.
-Hostage could also provide him with access to a getaway vehicle.

I'll just note here that according to the FBI they interviewed the older suspect at the request of an unnamed foreign government. Everything the parents are saying is unverifiable at this point. They're in Russia.

If you were the parents of a child who you thought was being targeted by the FBI don't you think you'd have moved that child out of the US and back to Russia? I'm talking about the younger suspect here.

There's something really fishy going on here but I don't think the smell is emanating from the US government.

The other interesting aspect to this is his aunt (not the wife of the intense uncle) but the oe who apparently sponsored them lives in Toronto and is a lawyer and she is already asking all sorts of legal questions. I think the US media has kind of buried this.

I also saw last night the the sister of these guys lives in NJ and witnesses say the FBI was there despite her claims that she hasn't spoken to them in years. I like how the husband in the interview (from behind a partly opened door) was very blatent about that fact that he isn't Muslim.

There are lots of odd-ball possibilities still in play but I think they're very low probability cases.

The fallout from this turning out to be a foreign intelligence operation or something of that nature would be overwhelming and the consequences so dire that I doubt anybody would have conceived that type of plan.

The Russian security forces mess with Chechens all the time. That's probably what happened here. The Russians got a tip that suspect #1 was a bad actor, maybe in relation to something they were worried about in Russia. They asked the US to interview him and the interview turned up nothing substantial. Suspect #1 indeed turned out to be a bad actor and that's where we stand.

Compare this to the Dorner situation in CA, the Boston Police Department didn't harm any civilians. As a Boston resident, I was very happy with how the situation was handled. Maybe a shop owner, or a resident in Watertown that had to be evacuated are more upset since they were directly affected, but we didn't know what this 19 year old was capable of, only that he might have been trying to plant bombs at MIT, that he had bombs they threw at cops, and that he might have had more.

The thing I don't get about conspiracy theorists was first it started that "we'll never catch them" and use this as a prop to push forward. Then when the shootout occured, "They're going to kill them both so we don't get answers", then when they couldn't find the second kid the first time, "They found him dead and they're just using this scare as a reason to invoke martial law and invade houses". Then after they found the second kid, "they're going to kill him alive so he never speaks because he was set up." Then when they captured him alive, "it's not really him, he's the fall guy".

At some point it doesn't hit them that it might just be a real thing that occurs in the world because with billions of people, some of them are going to be thinking a different and what I consider the wrong way?

that is all very rational and reasonable. conspiracists don't have the ability to be rational or reasonable.

I find the comments of the Chechen president to be interesting, he said he was sorry for the victims but he is trying to distnace himself from the thought that this has anything to do with Chechnya. He used the words evil upbringing in the US but made very clear that these guys were not born in Chechnya and never lived there. He was essentially saying that the upbringing in the US led to this and had nothing to do with Chechnya.

I also wonder if Putin will try and use this to crush the Chechens, he can use the see I told you these were bad guys and were dangerous now watch me crush them.

Did you mean re-crush? Steamroller into a pile of indistinguishable goo?

The Russians have repeatedly crushed the Chechens since the mid 90's. They've ground them under their heel. They've stepped on their neck. They've never let them up for even a second.

Crushing Chechens is standard operating procedure for the Kremlin. They don't need any incentive or provocations to do that, it just happens naturally.

Right . And you trust everything corporate media throws at you. These people were already under the FBI radar, but its irrational to ask questions?feel how you want about things but don't attempt to insult me .

it has nothing to do with trusting what the media throws at you. the media did not name him a suspect, they relayed the information from the FBI and law enforcement.

the fact that you confuse the two and assert that the media is the source of the information, not simply the tool used to relay it to the public, only validates what I said.

beyond that, you have started at the conclusion that the idea that he is being framed is as valid as that he is guilty, but haven't presented anything to validate that. that, again, isn't rational.

pointing that out isn't insulting you, it is simply pointing out your behavior.

Him being framed is as valid as him being guilty, and as far as our law goes,at this moment ,MORE valid. Innocent until proven guilty. As far as the media, they are to report what they are told to report. And i dont trust it as truth, not all the time anyway.
There are plenty of reasons to question this right down to the fact that there were military contractors walking around with....back packs. Many of them. There are a lot of strange things with the pictures(the original ones from early in the week vs the ones after these 2 were named). You can research it yourself if you care to. The people that know these 2 most intimately say this is far out of character. Many things.I'm not claiming their innocence,i am just not jumping on the bandwagon.

Like i've said before, this nation is preconditioned to blame Islam without any reason. It is pretty disgusting how much enjoyment people got yesterday watching this as if it were a real life action flic. People LIKE to tune into their fox/cnn box for things like this, and if they had to live with the idea that it could be bullshit, then it just wouldnt be as enjoyable.
Since 9/11,there is a flat screen everywhere you go,stores, lobbies, homes, offices projecting this shit to you 24/7. It's quite Orwellian in my view.

Just to add: after hearing an interview with the mother,it seems the FBI and their tie to this 26 year old was quite extensive, and to the point where they talked to her too.
