I understand not wanting him to be back, it just seems that some are going a bit overboard in their hate.
Think about this for a minute.... of the 12 draft picks made by Idzik/Rex in 2014 only 2 of them played any significant snaps yesterday. 2 of them only played on special teams and one of them played for the Bills. You wanna talk about worthless.... there ya go. When 2 of 12 players in your draft class are the only ones playing that's worthless. Even worse... only 2 picks from the 2013 draft played meaningful snaps in Winters and Sheldon. When you whiff that bad in the draft it's going to have serious repercussions. So of the 19 picks made in the Idzik era 4 of them played important snaps in the biggest game of the season. Enunwa dropped a TD and McDougle committed a huge penalty that indirectly led to a Bills TD; 14 point swing right there. The true most worthlesss Jet in 2015 isn't even a player or still with the team; it's obviously John Idzik
B...b...b... BUT!! HE WAS GIVEN A RAW DEAL! THIS ORGANIZATION FUCKED HIM! IT AIN'T HIS FAULT! Amirite or what?
Maybe Chan would use a Gronk or a Tony Gonzalez or an Antonio Gates.....But if we aren't going to have any of those, why do we insist on lining up a Cumberland or a Davis? Why didn't we line Ijalana or Dozier up out there to do some ACTUAL blocking? Surely either of those guys could have managed those 8 catches this YEAR and done a hell of a lot better job blocking.
Great post. And to think about it even further (and to make it even worse), - we only got 16 total snaps from the entire 2012 draft class in Demario Davis, -- who will probably not even be on the team next year. Quinton Coples was our 1st rounder that year & Stephen Hill was our 2nd rounder. Think about that, ---- guys who are finishing out their rookie contracts!!! And not one of them to re-sign long term. Hell, - barely 2 of them who contributed anything more than a few games worth. Meanwhile the Patriots have 2 studs with Chandler Jones & Donte Hightower. We need to be reminded of this because it requires us to have patience with the new regime. Problem is, ---- we JET fans have used up all our patience.
1. Quigman 2. Cumberland/Kellen Davis 3. Devin Smith 4. Demario Davis/Calvin Pace 5. Bullock 6. Buster Skrine 7. Bohanon
mcdougle was at most irrelevant. quigley hurt us yestarday and he hurt us all year. mcdougle isnt even the worst jet CB, milliner should go before him
lmfaoo im still trying to figure out how the first thing that came to his mind were the things McDougle has done.. or lackthere of .. he barely even plays.
yeah i also dont get the hate for devin smith and stevan ridley. one was hurt all year, the other was coming off major surgery and was used sparingly. meanwhile demario davis killed us game after game. to each his own i guess. when smith comes back next year and is in any way productive will the point at which we see if they turn and say hey hes doing well. or they still hate him because he sucked that one year he didnt play because he was injured.
I dunno Hack... If he put on say.... 15 or 20lbs of muscle during his rehab, I'd like to see what the kid can do with a full TC. He was too light to go against NFL calibre CB's and safeties. That's why he could never maintain his position and always got moved off his spot. I'd like to see him come in at 6-1/215 or even 220. The kid has to get bigger and stronger than he was this year. There's no denying that..
Ryan Fitzpatrick, absouletly worthless. Threw away four games this year and three 3 picks in 2 games, the only team that is dumb enough to want him and his shit is the JETS (GO FIGURE) the jets would be a 2 loss team if it wasn't for him.
He's been a hole digger for us as long as he's been here. That man should have walked home from Orchard Park.
