Either the first pats or phins game. Started 0-1 and needed to show that we are a good team. Then I just love beating the Phins and it really got our win streak/season started.

when we beat NE (even w/o revis in the 2nd half), belicheck knew right then that he could never beat the jets with moss and a vertical game. fucker 'morphed' mid season thanks to that jets win.

if we had lost that game on a last second FG or some shit, they'd still have randy moss and we'd probably own the number one seed.

kinda like mo lewis/tom brady all over again!

Props for a very astute observation. Moss had a decent game the following week against Buffalo, but that was it. No catches in the Miami game in week 4, then he was gone. I think the Jets game convinced Belichick that the '07 offense wasn't going to work anymore against good teams/defenses. It was too easy to stop, and the risk-reward was just too high.

Mo Lewis should be inducted into the Patriots' Hall of Fame! :rofl2:

Week 2 changed the season completely. Week 3 would be 2nd place i'd say. Could have easily been 0-3, but beating the Patriots and Dolphins to go to 2-1, gave this team confidence.

Most exciting, the Houston game for sure. The atmosphere at the game was just pure craziness once that bomb to Edwards connected, and than of course the Holmes TD.

Most satisfying was the Pats and Steelers game. We still are only one of two teams to beat the Pats, and the Steelers game proved we could beat anyone when we play well.

Beating the Pats week 2 was easily the most satisfying.

Second would be the Detroit game because I happened to be in a bar (in NYC) sitting next to a bunch of asshole Detroit fans who were rubbing it in my face all game when the Lions were winning. The dejected looks on their faces at the end of the game were priceless.

The rest of the close wins were more stressful than exciting. I can't remember being so stressed out over so many games in one season before. Thankfully we won the majority of them, but my nerves are fuckin shot.
