How will it be a blow to the Pats? They have him for another year anyway. And I don't know how 1300 yards and 13 TD's could be considered an off year.

Moss's comment on the Pats not paying players sounds even sillier when you consider he was the 3rd highest paid WR in the NFL last year. They have him for another year, and if he really wants a big payday in 2011, he'll need to show up and play well. If he pulls a deal like he did with the Raiders, with Brady and the Pats, nobody will take a chance on him.

I think you're letting your Pats goggles get in the way of your vision. You'd probably be totally correct if you said 'No team worth a shit will take a chance on him.'

But there are plenty of desperate teams out there not worth a shit that would love to take a chance on a guy like Moss, even a Moss that takes plays off. Plenty of teams would see him as a chance to fill seats.

I don't know... he'll be 35 and he's not getting better. He still is a weapon, no doubt, but there was a time when he won all the battles for the ball in a jump ball situation, now he doesn't win any.

A fair point and I agree. He will be 34, going on 35 in 2011.

that has always been randy moss issue. he often times doesnt care enough to be as good as he could have been. he SHOULD have been 10 times better than jerry rice, BUT jerry rice didnt take plays off and was out doing one of the toughest off season workouts before they were popular while randy moss was out smoking dope and running people over with his car.

moss was more talented and is still tremendously talented he just doesnt care enough.
