Sadly, that's a better decision, but still an inexcusable one.

If this is true then it means that you're the kind of guy who wouldn't drive over the speed limit normally just going to work and back.

NFL players, and pro athletes in general, are very different from most of us. They tend to be risk-takers and they tend to be somewhat immature due to living life in a privileged bubble. They really don't believe that a lot of the rules that society makes apply to them.

This isn't because they're criminals it's because they're human males with an overabundance of testosterone and cash.

    I see it like:

    1. J.J. Watt

    2. Mo Wilkerson

    3. Calais Campbell
    4. Cameron Jordan
    5. Jurrell Casey

14-15 mill a year, is more than fair, if its a longer deal anyway. (6-7 years)

If I was a Pats fan I'd be terminally embarrassed that the kind of things that keep popping up keep popping up.

Cheating to catch up is kind of pathetic but it's sort of understandable.

Cheating from a position of competitive superiority and getting caught is kind of like getting pulled over in MO after going 140 MPH with a gun under the floormat.

    I'll just respectfully disagree.

Watt has 51 sacks over the last 3 years and Mo has 21. All the other impact stats except for raw tackles tend to stack up in that 2.5-1 ratio also.

They're not close to the same player.

One big difference you will see here is no one excusing his behavior, that is the moral superiority of the NY Jets Fan

And you must be the type of guy who's never driven a car over 90 mph. There's a huge difference between speeding to get to work on time and gunning for 145. There's absolutely nothing normal about that speed.

If he is not charged with child endangerment there is something seriously wrong with legal system in MO -- 12 year old, radar clocked at 143 -- case closed, insufficient evidence my ass.
