You guys are reading this all wrong. He is responsible for development and sales. Executive marketing and the likes. And he is doing pretty well for woody. He is not VP of football operation. JD runs that show, when allowed to, except the many times that Woody meddles with it like with the ZW and AR saga. What we need is a no shit VP of football ops that manages hands on both the GM and HC.
I'm too lazy to go research it deeply, but I seem to remember him going for massages and getting a hand job. While technically illegal, I don't remember him actively soliciting this stuff, just doing what a billion men across the world do. I don't quite put it in the same class as what Deshaun Watson did to multiple masseuses, or flying to an island for sex with young girls. The latter is more along the lines of what we would need to do to Woody Johnson to have any chance at him selling the team.
