Seattle has the second worst rush defense in NFL. It would behoove the Jets try and establish the running game against a team which allows 155 yds and 4.9 avg. so Mikewhite doesn't have to chuck the ball 50 times. The problem is the Lions run defense was also atrocious and the Jets could only manage 50 yards on the ground. Probably will need at least 120 yards rushing against the Hawks, otherwise things may once again end up going dark for the Gang Black.
This is great news I wasn't expecting to hear that Mike White was cleared until the end of the week, or even if he would be cleared at all. They must feel real good about the injury to clear him on Monday.

Not only that, Saleh said in his presser that MW will be starting, barring injury, for the rest of the season... including the playoffs... MW will be the Guy.
These next 2, or dare I say 3+ games will answer where we stand at QB next year. I feel good about Mike as our starter next year. The players love playing with him & let's not forget he only has 5 starts on his resume Zach has 22. He'll get better & grow with the rest of the offense. The cost of MW if he's our starting QB next year will be very team friendly, Don’t want Jimmy G, or Carr. MW is cheaper, younger, & has room to grow as he has shown potential in his 5 starts. Some people say he's injury prone, but I don't consider getting cut in half like a taco an injury prone QB . Not to mention he finished the game with 3 broken ribs, that shows me toughness.
