    The defunding of the American education system, starting in the 80's is the real problem.

    I have personal knowledge of this because I lost most of my grants as a sophomore in college to Reagan's cuts. This led directly to me turning part time jobs into full time ones and leaving school.

    I don’t think he would have been a good HC personally. Maybe if he had a shot in the early 90’s… He has no filter
