A footnote on the infamous Monday night game between the Jets and the Bills. #1. The game was for 1st place in the division, thus the fans were pumped #2. It was Campbell's Soup Painters caps night at the stadium #3. The high point of the game for the Jets was when we kicked off the ball to start the game. We got DOMINATED the rest of the way. #4. At halftime, majority of the fans in the upper deck set fire to their hats and threw them off into the lower deck. #5. By the end of halftime (I don't remember the score) 80% of the crowd had already gone home. #6. That's when the real fun began. As any season ticket holder knows, most night games are filled with drunk amateurs. That is why most sell their tickets. They simply don't want to deal with the idiots. Thus was the case with this game. Don't blame the regular fans for the mess that the team and the NFL created. :beer:
