    The year Revis had last year was possibly the best year a cornerback ever had. Anyone who was expecting him to match it this year just doesn't understand how regression to the mean works.

    This was one of the reason's why I was pissed he wasn't given DPOY. There were many posters saying "Revis is still young, he still has time to get his DPOY award".

    If Revis wouldn't win it last year, considering the perfect fucking year that he had at CB, then when would he? How many more times in his career would we be able to say 'he had possibly the best year a cornerback could ever have'?

    We all know that Revis has the talent to have seasons like he did last year in the future, but fuck it, he should have been DPOY. Fuck that. Fuck the dumb fucking voters.

    Who cares if he matches it -- it doesn't matter. It's like World's Greatest Special Teams Player -- it won't help us in crunch-time.

    Safeties are more important than CB's and a pass-rush is more important than that. And we have neither.
