Nah, I like to look at his record this decade. Two afc championships appearances(should have been three not for tuck game) and one superbowl appearance. You have to figure that all in the equation and can't look at the last six years. Still alot more impressive that jets considering this has beedn the Jets most sucessful period in their franchise history.(OHow sad is thatfor a franchise)

NO to be correct, I said no doubt Kris Jenkins was going to do wonmders for Jets run defense but why would treams even try when they ncould easily pass on them. ( 27 pass ranked defense proved my point) Raiders RBs and running game healthy and they would have had more wins than the Jets. Without that running game its tough to break in a young inexperience QB while the other team goes with a seasonsed veteran heading to Canton. Here is how stupid your point is. Look at the Miami Dolphins they were 1- 15 in 2007. Yet in 2008 they won the AFc East and have surpassed the Jets . There QB situation now and in the future in alot better shape than the jets. The whole team looks to be better shape than the Jets. Again get it through your head I could care what Raiders record was the last six years. ITs immaterial, ITs all about 2009 and beyond. The Jets are alot farther away from a championship than the Raiders.

What was Peyton Manning first year starting record with The COlts. Again Unless you come into unique situation like Ryan , Flacco , and Big Ben rookie year than it quite normal. Again IF Raiders didn't experience the injuries to their running game last year, it might have been a whole diffrent year for jamarcus Russell. With a consistant running game that takes alot of pressure off a young QB. How did Ryan and Flacco do in Playoffs when they had to carry their offense. Not too good.
