Suh is a great player but that's an awful lot of guaranteed money for a guy like that. a guy will miss games b/c of suspensions and Miami does have other needs but can't question his talent.
I think Miami gets paid to lose. Living here, people are furious about this news. With the holes they have at WR and OL, no one understands why they are signing a HUGE contract for a defensive lineman. Mike Wallace is likely gone, Hartline was cut, and they cut a couple other receivers.
Miami really needs to upgrae at receiver. Andre Johnson would actually be perfect for them. They need a possession guy. Tannehill doesn't throw a good deep ball so they dont get the most out of Wallace's speed and big play ability plus he really hurt his future in Miami by doing what he did in the final game. I dont get why they cut Hartline, he's a solid player. I dont know what he was making but i'd look to bring him back on the right deal as a number 2. Suh is obviously a fantastic player. He'll help the Dolphins. You obviously have to worry about his antics though.
I cringe at the thought of seeing Suh twice a year but if this means Tannehill gets the Sanchez treatment and regresses I'm all for it Then again, their coach is still an idiot. I don't know how Philbin still has that job so I'm not too worried about them
what's his stats on gimp flops? Lions always have a terrible secondary. place him on a familiar divisional opponent with a different supporting cast....he'd have impact and you know it. not sayin Miami would beat them because of Suh, but i'd have to put the under/over at 2 fetal positions per game, and I'd bet the over..
I guess we can change the title now Chris Mortensen @mortreport 2m2 minutes ago Ndamukong Suh will sign with #Dolphins on Tuesday based off parameters around $114 million and $60 million guaranteed, per sources.
That is a shit ton of $$ wow Miami is getting a good player but he's just not needed for them. He's isnt going to make their D elite. Has the feeling of a move to try and win over a fanbase.
I keep checking sources for jets news on the OL, but it appears we haven't even tried looking at any FA guys. Sad
We have: @ManishMehta Source: Jets, looking to improve its offensive line, have inquired about Cowboys right tackle Jeremy Parnell. A very interesting name #nyj
