    The playing time should be much closer to 50-50, and in this lineup he should be batting sixth, so you're right on both counts.

    theres also times where he should be hitting for Schneider in big spots.. which would make the absurd carrying of 3 catchers somewhat justified.

    Can you explain to me why Gary and Keith are talking like Pelfrey isn't pitching well? With competent defense no runs are in and there's a man on second with two outs.

    This has got to be Volquez' last inning - the key is that the Mets have to knock him out, rather than let him finish the inning.
