I hate the Yankees and most of their fans, but the Roll Call is one of the coolest things in sports.

 

Eh, I don't care for it one way or the other. I've never been a "bleacher creature." I've always been up in the Bob Eucher seats getting nosebleeds.

Don't worry, I hate the Sox and their fans too. You're one of the very few exceptions. (Hope the feeling is mutual. :wink

 

Whew, Proctor gets out of it. Come on now lineup. You had the chance to warm those muscles back up on the field. Get it going now!

While with the Expos Pedro Martinez threw 9 perfect innings but the game went to extras. He gave up a hit in the 10th, but I don't remember if he won that game or not.

 

God point by Kay. Why the hell did Alex step out of the box on Jeter's steal attempt of third? That's the best time to try to steal third, with a righty batter up.

 

I don't know why, I just think it's awesome.

And yes, it is. With a couple obvious exceptions I like the Yankee fans on this board.

 

Do the Mets know how to position themselves defensively? Where the hell was Gotay playing?

What do all 3 Mets pitchers have in common today? None of them should be on the major league roster!
