Yankee fans seem more concerned about finding other teams fans "obsessing" over the Yankees, rather then being concerned about their own team.

Sweeny Murti on WFAN just set up the Subway Series saying Pettitte - Wang - Rasner in that order.

As of today the Mets are #1 in team ERA. the Yankees are #22.

The Mets are also #1 in batting average, while the Yankees are #2.

Fact is the Mets are hitting AND pitching very well, while the yankees pitching blows.

Edit: and doing all this with Wright and Delgado spending most of April and May in major slumps.

Also, Pedro is comming back in July/August .

Baseball is a game of streaks. If you look at the last 10 games, the Yankees team ERA is 3.40.

Throw out that horrendous 15 run game and it is 2.11

The Mets ERA in the last 10 is 4.10

sure, why not throw out any yankee game that wasn't a shutout for the yankees, that way you can say their ERA is zero for the year!

that 15 run game happened because of the yankees suck ass pitching, not in spite of it.

Also, the Mets have scored 47 runs in that same 10 game stretch.

    The Yankees: 63.

Now you add this disclaimer? How about we talk about all the Yankees injuries then?

I am not denying that. But I am just saying, as of late, the yankees have pitched better.

sure. The Mets can win without their best players performing, while the Yankees can't.

bring it up all you want.

All these things proves is that your team owns the Rangers, which has been the case for years now

That's ok, if my team sucked so bad in April and I would do my best to ignore it and pretend it didn't happen as well.

I'm glad that after going 3-11 against the AL East the Yankees finally got to beat up on some weaker teams outside the division.
