Brutal strike call. Can’t throw the manager out there but furthermore why did the home plate ump run away like a giant coward? At least take your beating if you’re going to instantly throw him out.

Stupid challenge! Manaea shouldn’t have been allowed to face that batter anyway.

That umpire was fucking brutal all night. Keith and Ron were going in on the umpire all night that he was awful and how bad attitude he has. He's the classic umpire who makes the game about himself and thinks the fans wants to see him, rather than the players.

I'm hoping against hope boys, but I got a feeling they lost their mojo, all of a sudden... I hope I'm wrong, but I've seen this show before...

Two times man on second with no one out, two times don't score a run. Losing 2-0. This team really does everything it can to make you not want to root for them.

What a pathetic performance. The three most important games of the season, and they crap the bed in all three.

d'Arnaud kills the Mets once again, hitting a walkoff home run in the bottom of the ninth for the Braves.

Unfortunately the Mets can't be eliminated before Monday, so we're going to have to watch the Braves eliminate the Mets instead of being spared the broadcasted carnage.

Diamondbacks continue to help the Mets out, losing their 5th in their last six games. If the Mets win and the Diamondbacks lose tomorrow, both the Mets and Braves are in, and Monday's game(s) would only be for seeding.

Mets win on a brilliant start for Peterson, Diamondbacks going to win, so Mets need a win tomorrow in Atlanta.

Braves lose, dropping them into a tie with the Mets, and leaving them still unclinched. Here are the scenarios:
    • Mets sweep: Mets are #2 seed, Diamondbacks are #3 seed, and Braves are out (clearly the one long-suffering Mets fans would enjoy most for many reasons). Mets at Padres, Diamondbacks at Brewers.
    • Mets and Braves split: Braves are #2 seed, Mets are #3 seed, and Diamondbacks are out. Braves at Padres, Mets at Brewers.
    • Braves sweep: Braves are #2 seed, Diamondbacks are #3 seed, and Mets are out. Braves at Padres, Diamondbacks at Brewers. The ultimate catastrophe, so naturally the one Mets fans like me are sure will be the result.
Note that this means that the Mets and Braves have to play both games tomorrow.
