Wish we gained a little more ground during this 5 game streak. 2 of 3 vs SD and I'm feeling way better about this team going into the ASB
This does not include last night. Francisco Lindor since the birth of his 2nd daughter 19-for-60 (.317 BA), 3 2B, 2 3B, 6 HR, 13 RBI, 10 BB, 10 K, .966 OPS
Streak is over, but the real issue is that since he came back from being on the IL, Alonso has a .153 / .265 / .361 split, which is of course beyond pathetic. This can't continue if the team is going to have any chance of climbing out the gigantic hole that they've dug for themselves.
Atlanta at 60 wins the rest of the NL leaders at 50 or so. Wildcard still in sight get the pitching in order, bats come alive we may have a good recipe. Do we trade for more bullpen is the real question
These last two games took the air out the balloon. Baty doesn’t get any lift on balls. That’s concerning! Just consistent ground balls.
