JD seems to be doing good in SF. I always liked him and thought the lack of consistency in play time hurt him.

 

never seen a guy swing over fastballs as much as JD Davis. Good to see him performing though — sometimes guys just need a change of scenery

 

I'm worried about the BP. Lugo, May, and Ottavino need to step up their game. This Givens guy we picked up blows.

 

Pete has agreed to join Team USA for the World Baseball Classic next March. Other people who have signed up include Mike Trout, Paul Goldschmidt, Nolan Arenado, Bryce Harper, J.T. Realmuto, and Trevor Story. I would think that Lindor will want to play for Puerto Rico again also. Just as long as no one gets hurt ...

Baty doesn't seem to mind hitting against lefties at all.

 

God, McCann sucks.

 

McCann has been an automatic out.

 

Terrible performances for McCann, Nimmo, and Marte. You can't waste opportunities like that against this pitcher in a game this important.

 

Well, Jake doesn't seem to have it tonight, which does not bode well.
