    Yeah I think you're right.

Baseball doesn't translate as well with football fans. You gotta be following the Rangers, you're not an Islanders fan are you???

No, the Islanders are trash haha. Believe it or not I'm a Bruins fan. I was just saying that the Yankee's forum has like almost 300 posts and we only got 60 lol.

Its interesting, ive been saying since they added the 5th wildcard that it might only take 85 wins to get in.

I really think the Mets could be capable of getting in assuming they stay healthy and have balls bounce their way more often than not.

Frustrating because Yahoo said he was heading to the DL and Brandon Phillips was playing, that was at 8AM my time this morning..... of course both wrong.

Another dominant win over the Phils. Niese looked great, and 3 hits for Wright. It's nice while it's lasting!

I want the Mets to sweep the Phillies so bad. Jimmy Rollins is an asshole for what he did to Thole in Game 1 if anyone saw that. We're good against Hamels, but we have Big Pelf going tomorrow. Should be a slug fest.

Our 1-2-3 rotationis looking good...our problem is Pelfrey and Gee if one of those can step up...dare we get optimistic...

Parnell looks lights out in the bullpen this year btw

Another good win and Lets Go Mets..

Oh and a great play by Kirk on the fly ball...

Well, Pelfrey is already trying his best to waste the 2-run HR by Ike in the top of the 1st - 25 pitches to give up a run in the bottom of the 1st.

Pelfrey shockingly gets through 6 without giving up another run. It's up to the bullpen now.

And poor pitching by Ramirez immediately leads to a tie game ...

And now the Phils take the lead. Hairston doesn't play it well in LF, but an awful pitch 0-2 pitch was the real culprit.

I was going to say the exact same thing. Except the bullpen is blowing it.

Is that correct? Ike Davis 2-28 or .071 on the season? Unreal...

That was before today. He was 2/4 today, so he's up to .125. He started the season 0/18, so he's hitting .286 in his last 3 1/2 games!

Once Ike gets going this lineup is going to be very good. Can't believe i'm saying this but we need Bay. His defense would have came in handy today.
