Its interesting, ive been saying since they added the 5th wildcard that it might only take 85 wins to get in. I really think the Mets could be capable of getting in assuming they stay healthy and have balls bounce their way more often than not.

Well, Pelfrey is already trying his best to waste the 2-run HR by Ike in the top of the 1st - 25 pitches to give up a run in the bottom of the 1st.
And now the Phils take the lead. Hairston doesn't play it well in LF, but an awful pitch 0-2 pitch was the real culprit.
That was before today. He was 2/4 today, so he's up to .125. He started the season 0/18, so he's hitting .286 in his last 3 1/2 games!
Once Ike gets going this lineup is going to be very good. Can't believe i'm saying this but we need Bay. His defense would have came in handy today.
