The back to back nights for Henderson experiment can be put to rest. Last week he was throwing gas, today i saw an 89 MPH fastball.

Its no mystery that the Wilpons are not qualified to own a Major League Baseball Team. If it wasn't for their ironclad relationship with the former commish, they would have been long gone by now. These guys got fleeced by Madoff and were money hungry. Now after last year's WS run, they're being exposed as once again, money gubbing amateurs.

    Fck the Wilpons!

10 game road trip might be just what this offense needs right now. Get away from Citi where fans are expecting a homer every single at bat.

Those would've helped. But dont be surprised if the offense wakes up on this trip.

I'm sure they will start hitting, there is not enough pitching to go up against this pitching staff, on a game in and game out basis.

I want them to become like the Royals and the Cubs, the Cubs are imitating the Royals and it shows in their record.

Cubs made two solid moves by signing winning players like Zobrist and Lackey. They also made a bonehead move by giving Heyward what they did. Thats something the Royals would never do, partly because they cant with their budget.

But I honestly just want to follow the blueprint that we've been following. Dont want to follow another teams even if one of those teams won it all last year. Royals werent the first team that made moves necessary to win a championship at the deadline , and they wont be the last.

If we're in that position come deadline time and there is a player out there that could put us over the top , I think we'll be in that mix to get him (whoever that player may be)

    DO NOT BLOW THIS GAME!!!!

I wonder how much Tim Teufel is praying right now.

Winning run on base. Are you kidding me?

    They hang on to win.

Well that was almost very Mets-like. To have to use Familia in this game pisses me off.

Same. There was no need for him to have to come in tonight. Hopefully we don't need him tomorrow.

I'm hoping Harvey shows some dominance today. I'm hoping we get in a groove. The Nationals are cooking, and they have Phillies, Marlins, Twins, Phillies. April or not you don't wanna fall too far behind.

Thoughts and prayers are with Jacob and his family. I hope whatever the complication is everything will end up ok.
