Glad I went to bed when I did. I got laid, that beats watching us give up 13 runs and losing. What time did it end?

    around 1:45 AM.

Ridiculous. Great offensive performance, but what's going to stick in my mind is ****ing Glavine.

    Haha, I do ok.

But there needs to be a reason to leave the game unfinished unless you just fall asleep. I'm used to this, probably 2/3 of my season is 10 pm games, but 1:45 is late. They usually finish around 1. Sometimes I'll give up on a game like this so I'm rested for the next couple of nights. Usually don't make it through them all so you pick your spots. If a game looks like it's going all night and we're losing, sometimes I'll cash out early.

I wonder whom the dodgers will send out there on Sunday. I starting to doubt it'll be Hendrickson.

pretty telling that a RHP clearly wants no part of Wright in that situation and goes after Delgado.

Guess no one is around to note Beltran's two-run jack to make it 4-1. Thanks for the error and HR, Roberto Hernandez.

Sure hope the bullpen doesn't blow this brilliant performance by Ollie.

I hadn't heard about Valentin getting hurt (fractured tibia) - I guess Gotay will be getting lots of playing time.

Put it in the books! A nice and neat 4-1 win.

Mets increase their lead over the Braves, but probably not the Phils.

Can't say I'm terribly upset with the outcome, if this is what it takes to finally sit Valentin down but a pretty fluky play to seriously hurt yourself fouling a ball off your leg like that. If only there were a way to ensure that the gaping 0-8 in the 6-7 spot last night didn't see much playing time either.
