    Not Surprised

It seems that the rotation can be dominant. Its up to pelfrey tomorrow to see if we have 5 guys who can win at any time

Glavine pitches tomorrow - no fifth starter for at least another week.

If the Mets win the Series, and the Nationals break that all-time loss record, I will be a very, very happy Mets fan.

The all time loss record is sacred to me. I don't want anyone to break it.

Shaun Green was 6-6 lifetime, going in, against that lefty the Braves thru last night. I guess thats why Milledge sat.

That would be a reason, but since Willie always talks about how little attention he pays to stats, I'm not sure it would have been the actual reason.

Obviously there is absolutely nothing to complain about at this point regarding the Mets. The two points that have been raised (playing Milledge and flip-flopping Delgado and Alou against lefties) are longer-term points that will (I believe) eventually be an issue. Unless, of course, the Mets average 8-1 wins for the entire season!

It's a consequence of winning, and while slightly unbearable, I'll take it if it means we keep pounding the shit out of teams like the Cards and Braves.
