    how does any team(even the Pirates) trade a young lefty with ace potential for really a 4th outfielder?

    It was a big win. A shutout no less. Now tomorrow, its Ace vs. Ace. I don't know how well they'll fare against Smoltz but if they beat him, and do it soundly, the rest of the NL had better start playing for the WC.

    Weird seeing LoDuca in the 5-spot and Green hitting 7th. I won't complain yet, because Willie's most nonsensical moves tend to lead to puzzling, pleasing successes.
