Actually on second thought, I might have read it on the Mets website on my phone at work. I can't remember.
He's a below average starter. I'd take all the four I mentioned over him. It's a shame about Maine, but maybe he can come back in September and hold off on the surgery.

Was this really the first time Moyer didn't last 6 innings in a start vs the Mets? I had heard he had made 18 starts against the Mets prior to tonight and that he went 6 or more in all of them. This would include when he sucked balls for the Cubs in the 1980s.
Well, this game will be over soon. And like I said before, it has nothing to do with belief in yourself, it has to do with poor pitching.
