    Franco actually hits the ball too hard for Green to score, but Green is smart enough to ignore Alomar and not try to go home.

    That was about the most pathetic display of third base coaching you'd ever want to see - waving just enough to confuse the runner, and being wrong to boot.

    that's probably your ballgame. it's amazing how pathetic the mets are at scoring a runner from 3rd with less then 2 outs.
